If I could give them more stars I would. I was a little hesitant at the begging because I had taken my daughter to the Maize location last week and I was not happy at all from the receptionist, to the medical assistant or nurse to the PA we saw they were rude and looked like they didn’t want to be there and were tired of their job. But not here everyone was so nice, I was in and out very soon. I wish I knew the names of the medical assistant and the nurse practitioner that saw me Sunday .They were very nice, friendly, caring and understanding. Definitely i recommend the west location. I went in with severe abdominal and lower back pain. There was a minimal waiting time, and everyone was super nice. I only paid $125 for the visit and $50 for a shot for the pain which is pretty decent for not having insurance. They gave me a few ideas of what could be causing the pain, and suggested I go to the ER to get scans to find out exactly what it was. The issue ended up being one of their initial ideas and I didn't need to go to the ER after all. They were as helpful as they could be and that's all I could ask for. - 10/16/2024

I went to the West Kellogg location. Everyone was super nice. The service was fast, check-in paperwork was easy, and discharge paperwork was thorough and easy to follow as well. Best medical experience I have had in a long time. Highly recommend. The only negative was I went to the Maize location first only to find a sign on the door saying they were closed. It would be nice if they would add that to their phone message on days like that. When I called, all I got was their voicemail.
