Went in to get a quick check on my ear, had a bit of an ear infection. Everyone was incredibly sweet and made my entire process as fast and easy as possible. The woman up front helped me out tremendously with insurance and everything, making sure I wasn't paying any more than what I needed to and ensured I spent as little as possible to get treatment. I went to the West Kellogg location. Everyone was super nice. The service was fast, check-in paperwork was easy, and discharge paperwork was thorough and easy to follow as well. Best medical experience I have had in a long time. Highly recommend. The only negative was I went to the Maize location first only to find a sign on the door saying they were closed. It would be nice if they would add that to their phone message on days like that. When I called, all I got was their voicemail.
